DeAundra Myers
Community Manager
DeAundra Myers is a Community Manager at College Town On the River from Lexington, South Carolina. She has 5 years of experience in customer service.
DeAundra enjoys working at College Town because of the informative and helpful coworkers and great communication. Stress relief for her comes from binge-watching TV shows and shopping with her French bulldog, Pablo. Her personal motto is “If it's a will, it's a way.” DeAundra is known for being ambitious, thoughtful, and trustworthy.
Chris Spillman
Community Manager
Chris Spillman is a Community Manager at College Town On the River from Greenville, SC. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2024 with a degree in Media Arts and started working with College Town in February 2024. Since August 2024, Chris has been working as a property manager.
He enjoys helping students find a fun and affordable place to live and loves the events hosted for residents. In his free time, Chris likes watching movies, hanging out with friends, and working out. He is inspired by his parents and would love to become fluent in Spanish. Chris is known for being honest, smart, and kind and is a middle child in a set of triplets.
Richie Kinlaw
Senior Maintenance Technician
Richie Kinlaw is a Maintenance Technician at College Town On the River. Hailing from Lynchburg, SC, a small town in Lee County, Richie began his career as a cook, working in the kitchen for 20 years before transitioning to maintenance, where he has spent the last 19 years.
In his spare time, Richie enjoys grilling, playing music, and spending time with his family, especially being a proud grandpa. His first job was as a Bag Boy at Food Lion, where he learned the value of hard work.
Richie is driven by the goal of working until retirement, constantly finding joy in his daily tasks and contributing to the maintenance team with his wealth of experience and positive attitude.
Jarred Fanning
Maintenance Technician
Jarred Fanning is a Maintenance Technician at College Town On the River, originally from Norway, SC. With 3.5 years of experience at the apartments, Jarred’s journey began when he was working across the street as a bricklayer and decided to apply for a position at the property.
Growing up on a farm, Jarred spent a lot of time doing farm work, a fun fact that many don’t know about him. Recently, he took pride in learning to put together a bed frame, adding to his hands-on skills.
Jarred’s favorite hobbies include building things and spending time outdoors, whether on the river or at the lake. His first job was landscaping around the USC football field and campus, where he learned the importance of attention to detail and hard work.
Lilli
Community Assistant
Lillian is from Jasper, Indiana, and has worked in office roles for three different companies since 2022, gaining valuable professional experience. She is also passionate about giving back, having volunteered at her local church’s summer program and led fundraising efforts for women battling breast cancer through her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha.
She loves the welcoming and inclusive community at College Town on the River, where making friends feels effortless. To relieve stress, Lillian practices yoga, which helps clear her mind and start the day with confidence.
Lillian has an orange and white kitten named June, who was the runt of her litter and struggled with allergies before finding a loving home. If she could meet anyone, it would be Billy Joel—seeing him in concert was incredible, but meeting him in person would be unforgettable. Known for being optimistic, fun, and intelligent, Lillian values kindness and compassion above all.
Zoe
Community Assistant
Zoe is a history major with a minor in education at the University of South Carolina. With about three years of experience in K-12 education, she brings strong communication and leadership skills to her role as a Community Assistant at College Town.
Zoe enjoys building relationships with residents and helping create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment. In her free time, she loves reading, cooking, listening to music, and going for long drives to unwind.
She’s driven by a desire to make a positive impact and connect with others. If she could learn any new skill, it would be the ability to juggle anything—just for fun! One of her favorite mottos is, “Speak to yourself kindly,” and she describes herself as outgoing, relaxed, and friendly.
