         A True Lifesaver for Students and Families!
After an absolutely horrible experience with another "Student Living" complex last week, I cannot say enough good things about College Town on the River. What started as an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking sophomore move-in experience for our daughter and her friends quickly turned around thanks to the amazing team at College Town.
From the moment we reached out, Dee and Chris went above and beyond to help. They treated us with kindness, professionalism, urgency, and genuine care during a time when we desperately needed support. Instead of being met with excuses, we were met with solutions and a sincere commitment to helping students and their families.
Most importantly, College Town provided what every parent hopes for: a clean, safe, and welcoming place for their student to call home. The difference in quality, service, and overall experience was truly night and day.
I also want to mention a maintenance technician whose name I unfortunately did not catch. In passing, I mentioned that the air conditioning was not working in my daughter's bedroom. Without hesitation, he asked for the apartment number and was there to address the issue. That level of responsiveness and customer service speaks volumes about the culture and team at College Town.
Thank you, Dee, Chris and the maintenance staff for stepping up when it mattered most. You turned what was an absolutely horrific situation into something positive, stress-free, and reassuring. Our family is incredibly grateful, and because of your efforts, my daughter and her friends can now focus on enjoying their college experience.
